A great place for groups
The staff were exceptional, always smiling and eager to help us out. We even got an upgrade to a suite that had a breathtaking sea view!
Sure, it wasn’t exactly cheap, but still good value for what we experienced.

Nice spot for a family getaway!
We stayed for 6 nights in a studio with a sea view. The pool area was super spacious, which was great for the kids to play. The cleaning staff did a fab job! The only bummer was the limited snack options at the poolside bar. Still, we enjoyed chilling there after swimming.

Had a great time with my friends! The hotel's facilities are perfect for groups. We enjoyed the spacious apartments and the beautiful beach area. The entertainment was lively, and the staff were always friendly and engaging. Plus, we loved the easy access to local tavernas for authentic Cretan culture. Don't miss the playground by the beach for some extra fun!
One downside was the limited buffet option. it would have been nice to see more variety in meal selections instead of just a few choices.

The room was huge, with a kitchenette, a balcony, and a stunning sea view. Super clean every day with daily towel art that was a nice touch. The food was hot and tasty, with great lunch options available. Pools were perfect for relaxing, especially with sun loungers around. Staff were genuinely welcoming and helpful.

I enjoyed the spacious atmosphere of the hotel. The beach area offered amazing sunsets, making for lovely evenings. The staff always greeted us warmly. George in particular stood out with his attentiveness, helping us feel at home. The swimming pools were great – the kids had so much fun splashing about. I appreciated the cleanliness of our room, which had a nice balcony. I found the buffet options limited. some meals felt repetitive without much variety. The need to pay extra for sunbeds on the beach caught me off guard. I also noticed some minor wear in the room, like taps that could use replacement.

Had an awesome time here, especially loved the delicious food and the nightly entertainment that kept us engaged! We soaked up the sun by the outdoor pool and had a great time relaxing on the beach loungers. Just a minor note, the bathroom could use a little update, but it didn't ruin our stay. 😊

The view from the room was nothing short of stunning, providing a picturesque backdrop during the stay. The spaciousness of the apartments offered a sense of comfort, making it easy to settle in and unpack.
Many rooms appeared outdated, with old furniture that felt more suited to a budget option than a premium stay. The hotel’s main area was split by a busy road, requiring treks up and down stairs to access facilities, which could be inconvenient, especially for families with strollers. The inconsistency in food quality was apparent, with several meals lacking flavor and variety, leading to some meals being unappealing. the beach area was not adequately kept up, with noticeable litter that detracted from the overall experience.

this place right on the beach is just wow, loved waking up to those sunrise views every mornin'. the staff were super helpful and always around when you needed somethin'. the hotel is clean, with great sandy beach perfect for long walks, and great for kids to play in the shallow waters. the all-inclusive setup is nice too since it covers all basic needs.
